At GoldenWatt, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original, unused condition

• In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned:

• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

• Items marked as Final Sale

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at support@goldenwatt.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

3. Pack your item securely and include your RAN inside the parcel.

4. Ship the item to the return address provided in our email.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

• If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us, as processing times vary.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goldenwatt.store

• Include clear photos of the damage and your order number

• We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — including return shipping

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
