PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Express Shipping (where available): 3–6 business days
• International Orders: 10–20 business days

TRACKING
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via the carrier's website.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
1. Check your tracking link for updates
2. Contact your local post office or delivery carrier
3. If still unresolved, email us at support@goldenwatt.store with your order number

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. GoldenWatt is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@goldenwatt.store — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
